How do I get started?
Click the Contact link in the menu at the top of the page. And fill out and submit the contact form.
The contact form will ask for key details about your event, including its type, planned date, colors, and theme.
Don't worry if you don't have all of this information. Once we receive your contact form, we will get in touch to guide you through the process.
When you feel ready, fill out the form with as much information as you have, and we can get started.
What is a design consultation?
The first step is to book a design consultation is to submit the contact form. Once we receive your form, we will schedule your design consultation.
During your design consultation, we want to hear everything. Share all the details! And if you have inspiration images, we encourage you to share your Pinterest boards.
After we fully understand your vision, our team will collaborate on a dinnerware design to WOW your guests. We will present your design in a quote detailing all the items selected to deliver the vision.
We aim to nail the design on our first presentation, but we want you to be exceedingly happy with your dinnerware design. We are open to your feedback and will adjust the design at your request.
What if I know exactly what I want?
Amazing! We would love to execute your vision.
Fill out the contact form as a first step. We will set up an initial conversation where we take detailed notes. If you have swatches or reference materials, we will coordinate their pickup during this conversation.
You can expect a detailed quote within 1 business day of our initial conversation.
How do I secure my dinnerware rental?
Once you feel that the design is dialed in, we will take 50% of the quoted amount as a deposit.
Please understand that until we receive your deposit, we cannot hold specific pieces and cannot gaurentee availability for your event date.
What if my guest count changes?
It is completely normal for the guest count to change closer to the event date.
Two weeks before your event date we will gather the final count and your dinnerware rental cost will be adjusted to match your final count.
If the count is lower than the original quote, your rental costs will decrease.
What will happen the day of my event?
We will coordinate with you, your event venue, and relevant outside vendors, such as caterers and florists, to ensure a stress-free, smooth experience.

We deliver our items by hand and do not ship outside our service area.
